29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Press Room Quiet: Conveyor belt and roll pinchpoints at the Hall Belt Conveyor were not adequately guarded. Insert Room: 1) The moving carriers between the A and B heads were not guarded at the SLS line 3. 2) Pinchpoints and moving parts at the line 3 pickup conveyor were not adequately guarded.
