29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: a) Mixing Room The employer did not require employees to wear protective eyewear while dispensing and mixing chemicals such as, but not limited to, methyl ethyl ketone and methyl isobutyl ketone. Violation occurred on or about 06/18/12. Butler Printing & Laminating, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312782436, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1a, which became a Final Order on 04/09/09.
