29 CFR 1926.702(c): Manually guided powered and rotary-type concrete trawling machines were not equipped with control switches that would automatically shut off the power whenever the operator's hands were removed from the equipment handles: (a) Jobsite - On or about May 23, 2012 employees operated gasoline powered manually guided concrete rotating finishing Whiteman Multiquip trowel and Whacker trowel without an automatic shut off device.
