29 CFR 1926.251(b)(1):     Welded alloy steel chain slings did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and sling manufacturer:    a) 464 Wilkes-Barre Township Boulevard Wilkes-Barre PA / parking lot area; While employees were putting together a trench box using a chain without a permanently affixed identification tag they were exposed to injury without knowing the chains rated capacity, on or about 05/21/12.    Abatement Observed.
