Deflection Department - #6 Deflection machine M006H, the point of operation was not adequately guarded as the point of operation could be reached under the guard. c. Machining 375 Department - The point of operation was not adequately guarded on the Doosan Lynx 220 CNC Machines #M482 and M481, as the guards were not secured and the interlocks were not working properly. d. Department 175 - The point of operation was not adequately guarded on the Lynx #478 Lathe as the guard was not secured nor interlocked. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
