29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):  Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge.        (a)  Inside the house, the stairway which had 8 risers that had no stairrail system along the unprotected side, was used by the employees to access the second floor of the house.  These employees were exposed to falls of up to approximately 48 to 64 inches to the concrete floor below.
