29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph. (a) Main floor of the building, on or about May 17, 2012, and at times prior thereto, as the creating employer, EDA Electric did not protect its employees and other unqualified site workers, in that they were not restricted from entering the area around an energized 240 volt power panel. (b) Main floor of the building, on or about May 17, 2012, and at times prior thereto, as the creating employer, EDA Electric did not protect its employees and other unqualified site workers, in that they were not restricted from entering the area around an energized 120 volt lighting panel. (c) West side of the second floor of the building, on or about May 17, 2012, and at times prior thereto, as the creating employer, EDA Electric did not protect its employees and other unqualified site workers, in that they were not restricted from entering the area around the energized power panel (120V) with a cardboard cover labeled "Hot! Stay Out! (d) East side of the second floor of the building, on or about May 17, 2012, and at times prior thereto, as the creating employer, EDA Electric did not protect its employees and other unqualified site workers, in that they were not restricted from entering the area around the energized power panel (120V) with a cardboard cover labeled "Hot!
