The employees, working at the rear of the building, were snapping lines.    Condition noted on or about 5/26/12.    Leopard Framing Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311979736, Citation 1, Item 1, Final Order 10/22/2009.
