29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 400 President Street, East Newark, NJ Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet without any fall protection. The employees, working at the rear of the building, were snapping lines. Condition noted on or about 5/26/12. Leopard Framing Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311979736, Citation 1, Item 1, Final Order 10/22/2009.
