29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v) A body belt and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn when working from an aerial lift: (a) On May 16, 2012, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard as he performed work tasks from the basket of a Genie S-40 aerial lift without using a body belt or wearing a harness.
