The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated.      On or about 05/15/2012, employees were not protected from falling while working in an aerial lift at approximately 20 feet from the ground level on a job site located on 2455 South Ocean Boulevard, Highland Beach, Florida.
