29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:               a) On or about 5/29/12 throughout 1732 Steadley Ave, Punta Gorda and the warehouse located at the corner of US 41 and Boca Grande Ave portable fire extinguishers such as but not limited to Ansul Sentry ABC, were not mounted, located, or identified so that employees could readily access them.  The extinguishers were located on shelves and in closets.
