29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: JOB SITE: 2347 Country Village Court, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, at work site, three (3) workers were observed on top of a 4:12 pitch roof, approximately 11 feet 3 inches eave to ground level, removing old roof shingles, and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
