29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 44 Woodford Road, Deal, NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards while preforming preparation for stucco of the second story window off the roof. The employees were working at a height of greater than 12 feet from the first eave and greater then 18 feet to the second eave, observed on or about 5/25/12. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
