29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports. a) On May 29, 2012 at the job site located at 3958 J.R. Prewitt Parkway in Osage Beach, MO, employees were exposed to fall from height hazards in that the walking/working scaffold platform which they were on was not fully planked. Abatement certification is not required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings shall be level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement. a) On May 29, 2012 at the job site located at 3958 J.R. Prewitt Parkway in Osage Beach, MO, employees were exposed to fall from height hazards in that the supported scaffold on which they were working did not have adequate footings due to the pieces of lumber being used for footings being displaced. Abatement certification is not required for this violation.

Prewitt Parkway in Osage Beach, MO, employees were exposed to fall form height hazards of approximately 24' in that the areas where they were walking and/or working on a supported scaffold did not have guardrails installed. Abatement certification is not required for this violation.
