29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Each circular crosscut table saw shall be guarded by a hood which shall meet all the requirements of paragraph (c)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws:       a) Reflective Security LLC located on 5232 Airport Hwy in Toledo, OH:  On or about June 29, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the portion of the saw blade on the Saw Stop 10 table saw in the assembly area which was exposed above the work table and above the material being cut was protected by an automatically adjusting hood. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.      b) Reflective Security LLC located on 5232 Airport Hwy in Toledo, OH:  On or about June 29, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the portion of the saw blade on the Powermatic 10 table saw in the assembly area which was exposed above the work table and above the material being cut was protected by an automatically adjusting hood. This condition exposed employees to amputation hazards.
