29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) On or about 05/17/2012 - job site (2nd Floor), 71-43 Kissena Boulevard, Flushing, NY    Employees removing a lath and plastered ceiling stood on the metal grid supports, 9-feet above the floor, without fall protection.    ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
