29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas:    On or about 5/18/12, at 3251 Stonebrook Circle, Davie, Florida, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards, whereas the plywood lying on the ground had protruding nails.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about 5/18/12, at 3251 Stonebrook Circle, Davie, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11' above the ground level.     A Pastors Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection numnber 315359976, citation number 01, item number 002, issued on 1/31/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 15700 NW 67th Avenue, Miami Lakes, Florida 33055. The final order date is 3/5/2012.
