29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Jobsite:  The employee, engaged in installing plywood sheathing on the 6 in 12 pitched roof with a 10 feet 7 inch eave to ground fall distance, was not protected from the hazard of falling to the ground by use of appropriate fall protection system, device other safe means of protection measures.
