29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: (a) 1 Crusader Way Harrisburg, PA - The employer allowed employees to utilize a relocatable power tap (surge protector) to power a Dewalt drill and also had an extension cord plugged into it to power other equipment on the second floor classroom, thereby exposing employees to injuries, on or about May 22, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.
