29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it was infeasible or it created a greater hazard to use these systems and developed and implemented a fall protection plan which met the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: 8240 St Charles Rock Road, Overland: Employees working on a roof 21 feet from ground level to the eaves did not have their harnesses attached to any structures and there were no other forms of fall protection systems such as safety net systems or guardrail systems in use. There was no claim of infeasibility.
