29 CFR 1926.760(d)(2):     Fall arrest system components shall be used in fall restraint systems and shall conform to the criteria in �� 1926.502 (see Appendix G). Either body belts or body harnesses shall be used in fall restraint systems.    a) Construction site, shop area 2, On or about May 30, 2012, an employee installing horizontal bridging between bar joists, at a height more than 16 feet above grade, was not provided with an appropriate anchorage to secure a Personal Fall Arrest Harness and Lanyard.
