29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Shipping area, forklift charrging station - On or about May 29, 2012, employees opening and filling batteries on forklifts were exposed to potential splashing of acid without being provided suitable facilities to provide for 15 minutes of water flow for flushing and drenching of eyes and skin.
