29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(xv): Cutting or welding was permitted not only in areas that were or had been made fire safe: By the south exterior corner of a covered building (The Shop) in a scrap iron recycling yard located at 15803 SW Farm Road in Indiantown, Florida: A 250 gallon tank containing LPG (Liquid Propane Gas) was brought into the cutting area where an employee was cutting scrap steel tanks using an oxygen/propane cutting torch and did not protect it from an ignition source, on or about May 25, 2012.
