Employees were exposed hazards from various metals, such as, but not limited to, lead, cadmium, and iron oxide.

29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function:    a) Downriver Torching Service, Inc. - Toledo, Ohio: On or about June 4, 2012, the employer failed to ensure that employees who were wearing half mask tight-fitting respirators were clean shaven. Employees were exposed hazards from various metals, such as, but not limited to, lead, cadmium, and iron oxide.       Downriver Torching Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 311606867, citation number 01,  item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 5130 N. Detroit Ave. Toledo, Ohio 43612.
