29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 328 Maple St East Longmeadow, MA: On or about April 24, 2012, an employee was not protected from falling off the roof he was working on in accordance with this subpart. A.T.C. Home Improvements, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313208068 which became final order on March 28, 2011 with respect to a workplace at 21 Baldwin St in West Springfield, MA.
