Toyota 168 Serial Number 82816 - Carbon monoxide emissions as approximately 2.03%, exceeding the recommended level of 1%. Toyota 168 Serial Number 82816 - Missing load back rest extension. Toyota 168 Serial Number 82816 - Stobe light not functional. Toyota 171 Serial Number 82775 - Strobe light does not function. Toyota 171 Serial Number 82775 - Parking brake did not hold.
