29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) Employees repairing the roof on the apartment complex located at 1900 S Rock Rd, Wichita, KS 67207 were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16' eave to ground in that, employees were not protected by use of guardrail systems, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems. Roof pitch was between 5 in 12 and 6 in 12.
