ENLOE Inc, Fort Eustis, Shoppette:  On or about 05/31/12, the path to ground on the yellow three outlet female attachment plug that was plugged into the yellow and green extension cord and powering the orange extension that was powering a portable drill was not permanent and continuous, in that the ground prong was missing.
