ENLOE Inc, Fort Eustis, Shoppette: On or about 05/31/12, the path to ground on the orange and black extension cord that was plugged into the surge protector and powering the yellow and green extension cord was not permanent and continuous, in that the ground prong was missing. b.) ENLOE Inc, Fort Eustis, Shoppette: On or about 05/31/12, the path to ground on the yellow three outlet female attachment plug that was plugged into the yellow and green extension cord and powering the orange extension that was powering a portable drill was not permanent and continuous, in that the ground prong was missing.
