In the warehouse, between dock doors 2 and 3, employees were using a Makita chop saw that was not anchored to the work table. 2. In the warehouse, between dock doors 2 and 3, employees were using a Ryobi chop saw that was not anchored to the work table. 3. In the maintenance shop, employees were using a Ridgid chop saw that was not anchored to the work table.
