29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(ii):     Fixtures, lampholders, rosettes, or receptacles were not securely supported:    (a)     Third Floor, 405 North Mulberry Street, Lancaster, PA -The temporary receptacle used to power the air compressor and circular saw was on the floor and not secured, on or about Mayy 22, 2011.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
