29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it was infeasible or it created a greater hazard to use these systems and developed and implemented a fall protection plan which met the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    8383 Midland Road, Overland: Employees working on a roof approximately 19 feet 6 inches from eaves to  ground level did not use any forms of fall protection systems such as safety net systems, guardrail systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  There was no claim of infeasibility.
