29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: (a) At the Associated Bank jobsite; the safety monitor was helping employees find the ribs in the metal decking taking away his attention to the monitoring function. This exposed employees to fall hazards approximately 13'-2" above the ground.
