29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): Fall protection was not worn when an employee was working from an aerial lift: (a) All Ready to Rent, 483 West Main Street, York, PA - An employee was scraping paint off the exterior front wall of a residential building in a JLG aerial list (Model 853612) and was not wearing any fall protection, exposing the employee to an approximate twenty-two (22) foot fall hazard, on or about May 18, 2012. No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1926.454(a) A training program was not provided for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a) All Ready to Rent, 483 West Main Street, York, PA - An employee was in the process of removing paint from the exterior wall of a residential building in a JLG aerial lift (Model 853612) approximately twenty-two (22) feet high and did not receive fall protection training prior to getting into the lift, on or about May 18, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
