The employee was not adequately protected from this hazard.

Specific areas where training was lacking include but are not limited to: -Receiving at least 24 hours of training equal to the first responder operations level -Knowing and understanding the hazards and risks associated with employees working in chemical protective clothing -Knowing and understanding the importance of decontamination procedures.
