29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level: a. At the site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard 19 feet high, while constructing a cement block wall. Guardrails were not installed at two scaffold sections where cement and cement blocks were handled, creating a fall hazard on or about 5/3/2012.
