29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph (b) of this section.    Jobsite located at 8926 Westlakes Ct., Wichita, KS; employees performing residential roofing work without fall protection on a 7 in 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 12 feet to the ground at the front of the house and approximately 18 feet from the eave to the walkout at the back of the house.  Employer did not ensure that each employee used the fall protection that was present at the jobsite.
