29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1): The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that establishes the frequency and method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces. (a) Pro-Pet, LLC, St. Marys, Ohio: On or about June 5, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the written housekeeping program established the frequency and methods determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on exposed surfaces. Accumulations of grain dust were observed on the floor and horizontal surfaces of the milling room.
