29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: (a) Intersection of Robb Street and Highway 51 - On or about May 23, 2012 an employee was exposed to fall hazards while working elevated at 15 feet by a rough terrain forklift. Employee was not protected by the rough terrain forklift being approved to elevate personnel by the manufacturer.
