Temporary Square D Circuit Breaker Box Adjacent to the Cafe: The circuit breaker box had had 1 1/2 inch diameter opening in the bottom of the box that was not closed as observed on 6-5-12.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): Runs of open conductors used as temporary wiring branch circuits were located where the conductors would be subject to physical damage, or the conductors were fastened at intervals exceeding 10 feet: a. Receiving Area of Building Under Construction: The temporary Square D circuit breaker box had a yellow 12-2 with ground NM cable exiting the top of the metal box and leading up to the bar joist for a distance of approximately 18 feet without being secured as observed on 6-5-12.
