29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Back Side of the Building - An employee performed bricklaying activities on a 9' x 11 3/4" to 10' x 2" high scaffold where 14" of the guardrail was not in place, thereby exposing the employee to a fall hazard, observed on or about 5-31-12. Abatement observed.
