29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(1): The quantity of liquid that may be located outside of an inside storage room or storage cabinet in a building or in any one fire area of a building cannot exceed 25 gallons of Class 1A in containers: a) Auto Body Department There was approximately 50 gallons (ten 5-gallon containers) of 105" Lacquer Thinner that were stored on the floor and on top of the flammable storage cabinet. Violation occurred on or about 6/6/12.
