29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): Each employer having an employee(s) with occupational exposure as defined by paragraph (b) of this section shall establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure.    (a) Dental Office: The employer had not developed an Exposure Control Plan to include a hygienist along with dental and orthodontic assistants who were at risks of being exposed to handling blood contaminated instruments, equipment and patients blood and saliva while performing chairside dental operations including cleaning teeth and applying braces, on or about 5/15/2012.

(a) Dental Office: The employer had not made the hepatitis B vaccine available for employees, including but not limited to the dental assistants, who were at risk of being exposed to contaminated equipment, bodily fluids and other potentially infectious material, on or about 5/15/2012.
