Instance 1.   On June 5, 2012, an employee was not protected from a fall while sheeting the roof of a residential property, exposing him to a fall hazard of 20.6 feet above grade.    Instance 2.   On June 5, 2012, employees were not protected from a fall while walking and working next to unguarded windows of a residential property, exposing them to a fall hazard of 13.8 feet above grade.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
