29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6):     The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place:    a) On or about 6/4/12 at The Parts Store NAPA located at 3559 Southwestern Boulevard, Orchard Park, New York; employees were using the Yale powered industrial truck to unload trucks and move products around the receiving and storage area. The control levers for the operation of the forks, mast, and after market attachment were not labeled to indicate each levers operation.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
