OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees were exposed to a fall hazard from a vehicle-mounted aerial lift: On March 28, 2012, and at time prior thereto, employees utilized and operated a vehicle-mounted aerial lift with the deficiencies listed below. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard associated with the aerial lift as a result of incorrectly maintained equipment: a. Missing labeling on directional controls b. Missing labeling on basket such as capacity and weight c. Hydraulic leak d. Manlift basket swings does not lock in place and tire treads are very worn
