29 CFR 1910.332(b)(3)(iii): Employees who were qualified persons, were not trained in the skills and techniques necessary to determine the safe approach distances necessitated by the corresponding voltages as specified in 1910.333(c): a) East end of Lehigh Valley Mall parking lot - On or about May 23, 2012 employees were working on a roadside billboard, without the skills and techniques necessary to distinguish exposed live parts from other parts of electric equipment, when the employee came in contact with an live 110VAC power line.
