29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected and used, such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6).    Table (f)(6) of this section requires a minimum distance of 3 feet for insulated lines less than 300 volts.    (a) Worksite, side of home - A pump jack scaffold was erected and used approximately 2 inches from the approximately 220 volt house electrical service line.
