29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 1st, 2012 at worksite 12925 NW Ridgeview Drive in Platte City, Missouri- Employee's were performing roofing operations at a height greater than 16 feet on a 7 in 12 pitch roof without any means of fall protection. Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
