29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(i): Lift controls shall be tested each day prior to use to determine that such controls are in safe working condition. a. On the site where a JLG Aerial Lift was used to install bracing, the JLG was not inspected and controls checked prior to use on the day of the OSHA inspection to ensure the controls were operating correctly thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.
