29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)    a)Front of building: The employer did not initiate a program consisting of frequent and regular inspections of the worksite by a competent person.  Company employees were exposed to fall hazards and other related injuries when performing work from the manbasket of an articulating boom lift without the use of fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 6/6/12.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):     A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  Note:  As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.  The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated    a)Front of Building: Employees working on Aerial Lifts were not wearing a harness attached by lanyard on or about 6/6/12.    TBS DRYWALL WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A REPEAT VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311921779 CITATION NUMBER 1 ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 10/20/2009.
